PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Most of our items are hand made with care. ALL of our crochet garments are hand made. Because of the time and craftsmanship required, most items are made to order unless stated otherwise. 

Processing times typically range from 7-21 business days depending on the complexity of the piece and current order volume.

Limited ready-to-ship items will be clearly marked and shipped within 2-4 business days.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped after the processing period has been completed.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at  checkout. We cannot and will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

SIZING

If unsure about sizing, please carefully review our sizing chart in the main menu of our website before placing your order. Crochet garments have a unique structure and fit compared to machine made clothing. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out  before purchasing -- we are happy to help.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Depending on availability, customer order requests may or may not be accepted. Custom pieces require additional production time, and a non-refundable deposit of 50% to begin production. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your offherhook pieces looking their best, always hand wash in cold water & lay flat to dry. Avoid high heat or machine drying.

Proper care will help  preserve the shape and quality of your handmade piece.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this  period, production may have already begun, so cancellation may not be possible.
